That’s why PM SVAMITVA scheme is going to become a huge strength of our brothers and sisters in the village, the Prime Minister said
SVAMITVA is a Panchayati Raj Ministry Central Sector Scheme that aims to provide property rights to residents of rural inhabited areas. The scheme will pave the way for villagers to use their property as a financial asset in order to obtain loans and other financial benefits, just like in urban areas. Its goal is to demarcate inhabited lands in rural areas using cutting-edge surveying drone technology. According to the PMO, the scheme has also boosted the country’s drone manufacturing ecosystem.
