Students will appear for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) /NEET (UG) exam 2021 today, September 12, test centers throughout the country and abroad. NEET is a very competitive review and ensures that no student can get involved in an unfair practice, the national test organization has published instructions that all candidates must follow the day of review. Sources reveal that over 16 lakh students will appear for the exam today.
The test will be conducted in 13 languages– English, Hindi, Malayalam, Punjabi, Tamil, Kannada, Bengali, Assamese, Urdu, Gujarati, Odia, Telugu, and Marathi. The NEET exam will consist of one question paper containing 180 MCQ from Biology (Botany and Zoology), Physics and Chemistry.
Meanwhile, the result for Joint Engineering Entrance Exam (JEE) 2021 are expected today. After a delay in the exam and last-minute postponement of the results, students will be able to download their scorecards, rank lists from the official website of National Testing Agency (NTA).
The cut off for the JEE 2021 is expected to rise this year. The top 2.5 lakh rank holders will be allowed to give the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) entrance exam. NTA will take the highest marks obtained by a student in a given session as 100 percentile and then the rest are marked accordingly.
