Hyderabad: 6 leaders of the TRS party in Hyderabad were arrested on Tuesday for abating the suicide of a real estate businessman and his mother in Kamareddy district, Hyderabad. A case of abatment of suicide has been registered agaisnt them and a senior police officer has been engaged to probe the case.
The vicitm identified as Gangam Santosh and his mother Gangan padma on April 16th had set themsleves ablaze at a lodge in Kamareddy holding a group of TRS leaders and a CI responsible for their death. Takign to social media before taking the extreme step, Santosh had named a few leaders and also shared pictures of few for tormenting. The list included Ramayampet Municipal chairperson Palle Jitender Goud, five other TRS leaders and Circle Inspector Nagarjuna Reddy. Sharing his suicide note on social media- he said: ” people had harmed his business and made life difficult for him”. He claims to have been financially ruined by them and wrote to hope for justice after his death.
