Lucknow: A forensic report of the 19-year-old Dalit girl from Uttar Pradesh’s Hathras, who passed on days after being attacked by a gathering of men, said there were no signs reminiscent of intercourse, backing the state police’s form that she was not assaulted or assaulted.

The last report of the FSL (Forensic Science Laboratory) in Agra says the examples didn’t contain sperm.

The Uttar Pradesh police had claimed last Thursday that the forensic report of the 20-year-elderly person’s viscera had demonstrated that she was not assaulted or assaulted. The after-death report says the victim died because of her neck injury. FSL report hasn’t found sperm in tests, clarifying that a few people curved the issue to mix caste-based pressure. Such individuals will be distinguished and lawful moves will be made, Prashant Kumar, a senior UP cop, had said.

The lady’s samples were sent to the forensic lab in Agra 11 days after the incident and specialists point that sperms would not be available in the samples at that point.

Her samples were gathered on September 22 at an emergency clinic in Aligarh and sent to the Forensic Science Laboratory in Agra multi day later, on September 25, as per the scientific report.

The lady had been attacked by four men from the purported upper station network from her town on September 14. She was found by her family in the fields, stripped, seeping, with various cracks and a cut in her tongue. The police asserted her tongue was cut since she nibbled it while her aggressors were attempting to choke her.

The Yogi Adityanath government has given over the case to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).

In the interim, the new Superintendent of Police of Hathras said security plans have been made for the lady’s family, after Bhim Army Chief Chandrashekhar Azad, who met the family on Sunday, said they were feeling risky and that they needed to move out of the town. All necessary steps have been taken by the police regarding the security of this family. PAC staff are enjoying the great outdoors 24 hours outside their home. The casualty’s sibling is being ensured by two security faculty 24 hours. Adequate number of police staff has been posted in the town. They are working 24 hours. Since there are ladies in the family, two ladies sub investigators and six ladies’ constables have been posted close to the home, Police official Vineet Jaiswal said.

Yogi Adityanath’s government has been confronting immense analysis over the police treatment of the case. Not just has the lady’s family blamed them for laxity and lateness, their transition to move the body from a Delhi clinic dismissing her grief-stricken family’s claims, has happened on national media. Their 2:30 am incineration, broadly detailed has evoked stun and shock.
