Dehradun: On December 4, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will speak at a rally in Dehradun. He will lay the foundation stone for 26,000 crores worth of projects and inaugurate 4,000 crores worth of projects. It will be his third visit to Uttarakhand in the last three months. R. Rajesh Kumar, the Dehradun District Magistrate, has given instructions to perform rapid antigen testing for individuals attending the Prime Minister’s rally on December 4 at the Parade Ground in Dehradun. According to Dehradun District Magistrate R. Rajesh Kumar, the Health Department has been directed to make the required arrangements at the Parade Ground for testing of individuals attending the PM’s public rally. 

Pushkar Singh Dhami, the Chief Minister of Uttarakhand, paid a visit to the rally location to check the preparations. JP Nadda, the BJP’s national president, reviewed the rally’s preparations a few days ago. Dhami was accompanied to the Parade Ground by Cabinet Minister Dhan Singh Rawat, Pradesh BJP President Madan Kaushik, IG Intelligence Sanjay Gunjyal, District Magistrate R Rajesh Kumar, and SSP Janmejay Khanduri. In order to seek minorities’ support in the next Assembly elections, the BJP has launched a campaign called “One Booth 100 Votes,” which aims to get at least 100 minority votes in each voting booth. Across the hill state, the campaign is being carried out in minority-dominated booths.
