NEW DELHI: The Saket court today at the virtual hearing of the chilling Delhi murder accused Aaftab has ordered a lie detection test, a narco-analysis besides extending the police custody of the accused.
Metropolitan Magistrate Aviral Shukla passed the order while allowing police plea in the matter. As per sources, the cops plan to take him to Himachal Pradesh’s Parvati Valley, where the couple holidayed before moving to Delhi in May.
So far the police in the investigation has found crucial evidences that illustrates Aaftab’s heinous murder story. However, it is yet to recover Shradhha Walkar’s mobile phone and the knife that was used to chop her.
Aaftab, who brutally murdered, his live in partner on May 18th was nabbed by the Delhi police after the victim’s father filed a complaint against him. During the interrogation, the Aaftab confessed to have strangled Shraddha first and then chopped her body into 35 pieces, stored it in a 300 litres refrigerator for months and dumped them across various locations in the city. It is said that he also burnt her skull in order to avoid identification.
