New Delhi: The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, through the tally it conducted during the last 24 hours, has recorded 11,528 fresh cases of coronavirus affected people. The Health Ministry, besides updating the number of freshly affected cases across the states and the union territories, has also updated the numbers of active cases, recovery surge, and deceased people.
The overall caseload in the country with the last 1 day’s addition, however, has reached 1,08,38,843. Besides that, the number of nationwide active cases currently stands at 1,46,108.
As per the tally report updated by the health ministry, in the last 24 hours, a total of 11,502 people have been recorded to have fought back against the viral ailment after essential treatment.
With the latest recoveries, the overall number of recovered people in India since the beginning of the pandemic reaches 1,05,33,076. On the other hand, there is a visible decline in the daily death rate of the country, with nationwide 82 deaths in the last 24 hours.
The overall death toll in the nation has mounted to 1,55,115, which is significantly low amongst this global pandemic when compared with the other countries across the continents.
