Udaipur: The Udaipur district administration late evening on Saturday announced to relax the curfew imposed in wake of the protests that sparked after two cleaver wielded men beheaded a Hindu tailor. Internet services in parts of state.

As per the notice, the curfew will be relaxed for 10 hours from 8am- 6pm. Mobile internet services have been restored in five districts – Ajmer, Jhunjhunu, Barmer, Bikaner, and Jodhpur.

A curfew was imposed in areas falling under the limits of seven police stations — Dhan Mandi, Ghanta Ghar, Hathi Pole, Amba Mata, Suraj Pole, Bhupalpura, and Savina.

Early today, massive crowd gathered outside the court while the four accused were sent to the custody of the National Investigation Agency (NIA). The accused will be in custody till July 12.

Kanhaiya Lal, 48, was murdered on Tuesday by two men who filmed the killing. Later, Riaz Akhtari and Ghouse Mohammad shared another video in which they bragged about the murder and also threatened to target Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
