Chhattisgarh: E-commerce Shipment Creates Havoc; Police Officials Investigating the Case

Chhattisgarh: Raipur registered a case of physical violence after residents ordered knives from an e-commerce website. According to information, 800 people have purchased knives from Flipkart in Raipur this year. The police officials are tracing the customers to rusticate their jabs.

Additional Superintendent of Police, City of Lakhan Patle said,” we had written to Amazon and Flipkart and received a list of 800 people from Flipkart who ordered buttoned knives.”

He further said,” We’re trying not to get the knives in wrong hands. There were some incidents where children had such a buttoned knife. It has also been used in small thick battles.” The police officials also accepted domestic use of the knives, however they appealed citizens to report if any child is seen in public.

They have extracted complete details about the shipping of the orders and have begun their search operation.
