Bollywood: Vivek Oberoi Becomes Next Celebrity to Get Covid Vaccine amidst the Second Wave

Bollywood: Vivek Oberoi is the latest celebrity who has been administered the covid vaccine. He took to his Instagram handle to share the news. The 44 years old ‘Sathiya’ actor received the vaccine at cooper hospital. He thanked the frontline workers for being jovial during the entire vaccination process.

He posted the video and wrote, “First dose of Covid-19 vaccine. A big thank you and my warmest appreciation to all the frontline workers, our #Warriors for taking up this entire process seamlessly with utmost care. I would request everyone to not delay their safety and please get vaccinated (according to the age segregation) Let’s defeat the virus together!”

Earlier, other Bollywood celebs also got vaccinated and the list includes eminent personalities like Salman Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Anupam Kher, Hema Malini, Sanjay Dutt, Kamal Hassan, amongst others. In contrast, a few other celebrities contracted the virus in the past few months that include Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, Katrina Kaif, Akshay Kumar, Karthik Aryan, Ranbir Kapoor, and Bhumi Pednekar amongst others. The second wave of the virus has hit the entire country again and we all must abide by the covid protocols to remain safe.
