Bhopal: After successfully hosting national hockey championships, the state capital is all set to host the 64th National Shooting Championship Competitions (NSCC) 2021in small-bore rifle events. The championships will be organized by the National Rifle Association of India at MP State Shooting Academy Shooting Ranges, Bhopal from November 25th to December 10th. About 5000 shooters from many states of the country will participate. They will show Jauhar at the Madhya Pradesh State Shooting Academy at Bishnkhedi, Bhopal.
Sports and Youth Welfare Minister Yashodhara Raje Scindia has told the officers that under the aegis of the National Rifle Association of India and the Sports and Youth Welfare Department, this championship has to be made successful at every level. MP is feeling proud that NRAI has selected Bhopal Academy for the National Championship of Rifle Shooting. Arrangements have been made for various shooting ranges, seating arrangements for spectators, coaches and players, their accommodation and food, dress code of trainers and volunteers, machinery, armoury etc. High-Performance Instructor Mansher Singh informed Minister Scindia about the preparations.
