Two bullets hit him in the chest, while one hit his abdomen.

One of their accomplices, who was present during the shooting, managed to escape the scene at the time. Gurmail Baljit Singh, 23, of Haryana, and Dharmaraj Rajesh Kashyap, 19, of Uttar Pradesh, were taken into custody by Mumbai police. According to a source, Kashyap’s attorney argued in court that his client was a minor when the crime branch team brought the accused in court.

The official further stated that Kashyap’s ossification test, which the court ordered on Sunday, verified he was not a minor. After that, Kashyap was brought before the court and placed under arrest by the police until October 21.
