GURUGRAM: The Cyber Cell in Gurugram on Wednesday night busted a fake call center and arrested 14 accused including 3 women who duped several by offering good returns on investments in cryptocurrency.
The police on Thursday said that 11 accused were detained on Wednesday night while 3 women were arrested on Thursday morning. In a search operation, 6 mobile phones, four laptops, and five CPUs were recovered from their possession.
Earlier on Tuesday, a fake call center was busted and 13 others were arrested including two foreign nationals for duping common men in the name of the stock market.
