New Delhi: The recent news confirms that the plea filed by Sanjay Singh, a leader of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and Rajya Sabha MP, challenging his arrest and detention in the “liquor scam” case, has been rejected by the Delhi High Court. Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma found no grounds to grant relief to Singh, leading to the rejection of his plea. These decisions supposedly resulted in losses for the state treasury. Violated anti-corruption laws. The ED conducted searches at locations including contractors’ residences and company offices associated with alleged beneficiaries of this scheme.
