NASHIK: A farmer fell prey to the robbery on the intervening nights of Friday and Saturday said a police official on Saturday. As per reports unidentified men entered a farmer’s house in Nashik and looted him and his family at gunpoint.
The incident took place in Manori Shivar in Dindori taluka. Preliminary investigation reveals a group of five-six men entered a bungalow belonging to a farmer and threatened the residents using dangerous objects.
As per the complaint filed by the victim, the accused looted 280gm gold, 480 gm silver ornaments, and Rs 8.50 lakh in cash.
