Mumbai: Actors Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif have been head over heels in love before they tied the knot on Dec 9 last year. Today, the couple celebrates 1 year of marital bliss. Both the actors took to their respective social media accounts to wish each other on their first anniversary by sharing beautiful pictures from their best moments together. They also shared one picture each of their wedding in the 3-picture post on their Instagram handles.
While Vicky wrote, “Time flies… but it flies in the most magical way with you my love. Happy one year of marriage to us. I love you more than you can ever imagine!”, followed by heart and kiss emojis in his post, wife Katrina kept it short and sweet and captioned the post “My Ray of Light. Happy One Year,” followed by sun and heart emojis. The couple looked their comfortable best in the never seen before pictures. They also timed their posts accordingly.
Apparently, the love between both the b-town stars grew after Vicky’s famous stint on Director Karan Johar’s popular show Koffee with Karan. Before that, Katrina was in a relationship with Ranbir Kapoor while Vicky was still dating Harleen Sethi, a model turned-actress. They tied the knot in a very hush-hush ceremony in Madhopur, Rajasthan in the presence of close family and friends.
It was reported that the actors dated for around 2 years before taking the big leap. It is also being reported now that both of them flew to an undisclosed hilly location for celebrating their first anniversary. Many congratulatory messages from their fans and friends from Bollywood came in soon after their post. We also wish the couple many more years of togetherness and love.
