Tiger Shroff has sold a premium residential house in Hadapsar ward, Pune, at 8.87 crore, which is an impressive payoff on his new real estate venture. The actor had bought the apartment in March 2024 with a property registration document showing the purchase of the apartment at 7.5 crore, and the gross return on investment (ROI) was around 18.3% in two years only.

The house is in the high-end Yoo Pune project, which is a project by Panchshil Realty, and has three parking areas. The apartment covers an area of 4,249 square feet, and it is selling at 20, 891 per square foot which indicates high demand in luxury houses in the Pune real estate market.

The official registration of the transaction was on March 31, 2026. According to official documents, a stamp duty of ₹62 lakh or more and a registration fee of 30,000 were paid as part of the deal. Although Shroff has not made a statement about the sale, it has been reported that the sale is a good financial exit out of the investment.

The son of an old actor, Jackie Shroff, Tiger Shroff has established a niche in Bollywood through his action films, dancing prowess, and fitness and martial arts enthusiasm. He became famous with such movies as Student of the Year 2 and the blockbuster War.

The sale also underscores the fact that not only does Shroff have an expanding portfolio beyond films but also that Pune is increasingly becoming a destination of high value real estate investments.
