Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya encounters box office fluctuations. On its eighth day, the Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon-starrer earned ₹2.65 crore, bringing its domestic collection to ₹47 crore. Directed by Amit Joshi and Aradhana Sah, the film inches closer to the ₹50 crore milestone. This unconventional romantic comedy explores the love story between an AI-generated robot and a human.
Featuring Shahid Kapoor as Aryan Agnihotri and Kriti Sanon as Super Intelligent Female Robot Automation (Sifra), the movie also stars Dharmendra, Dimple Kapadia, Rakesh Bedi, Ashish Verma, and Rakesh Kumar in pivotal roles. Recently, Kriti Sanon surprised fans by visiting a cinema hall screening the film. She interacted with the audience, asking their thoughts on the movie and whether they would like a Part 2.
Responding to the positive audience reception, Kriti even recreated her robot laugh as requested by an enthusiastic fan. Expressing gratitude, she mentioned, ‘Lovely to see you all. Yeh sab hum aapke liye hi karte hai. [We do all this for you.] It’s so nice to see a packed theatre and it’s so nice to hear you laugh. Thank you so much.’ Kriti concluded the interaction by taking pictures with fans, appreciating the overwhelming love and laughter.
In her Instagram caption, Kriti thanked the audience for their love, laughter, and enjoyment, emphasizing that their response is what the cast and crew work for. Released on February 9, Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya is a collaborative effort by Maddock Films and Jio Studios.
