Mumbai: Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt marked 66th birthday today. As family and friends poured in wishes, his wife, Manyata Dutt, also shared a cute and fun video on social media and captioned with an emotional note expressing her love.

She wrote, “Happy Birthday my love… our #saiyaara. Every day with you is a gift, but today we celebrate the amazing person you are. Celebrating another blessed year of strength, courage and love. You’re my rock, my best friend, a protective father, the guiding star and the love of my life…I’m so grateful for every smile, every laugh, and every moment we’ve shared. His birthday was marked by a recent interview that he gave to famous influencer Kamya Jani in Curly Tails wherein he highlighted that eating six small meals a day is a popular approach to boosting metabolism and managing hunger.

On the show, he talked about including lean protein sources like boiled chicken and healthy fats like avocado in his daily diet. Sanjay also shared that his cheat meals involve biryani and kebabs.

Asked about his current diet and workout routine, the actor replied, “As per the workout, one should have six small meals a day. In the morning, after waking up, have muesli, then have some egg whites and avocado. After some time, there is salad and fruits followed by boiled chicken. For actors, especially, going to the gym and being fit is very important.”
