Mumbai: ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’ is the most anticipated film of the year. And after multiple speculations around the film’s trailer launch, the makers have officially announced the release date of the same. Ranveer Singh took to his social media accounts to share the announcement, which left the fans going berserk in the comment section. Let’s take a look at when the makers are dropping the trailer on the internet.
For Ranveer Singh, Dhurandhar marked a decisive turnaround. His previous releases had struggled to make a comparable impact at the box office, but this time the actor struck gold. The film went on to collect an impressive Rs 838.5 crore in domestic net collections, while its worldwide gross climbed to a staggering Rs 1,305.35 crore.
The makers of Pawan Kalyan’s film are capitalising on the Ugadi festive week after the sudden vacant slot created by Toxic’s delay. Yash’s film has now been pushed to June 4, 2026, due to the ongoing West Asia Conflict. Ustaad Bhagat Singh will now release along side Dhurandhar: The Revenge.
Pawan Kalyan’s Determination and Promotional Intent
Further insights from Kalyan’s team suggest that he is prepared to actively promote his film to mobilize support from his fan base. According to an insider, Kalyan believes that the festive timing allows for more than one film to be successful and aims to encourage his followers to preferentially support the Telugu film over its Hindi counterpart.
Dhurandhar: The Revenge Remains Low-Key
In contrast, the team behind Dhurandhar: The Revenge is taking a different approach, opting for minimal promotional activity leading up to its release. Madhavan, a prominent actor in the film, raised a rhetorical question regarding the necessity of promotion, indicating a confident stance on their current strategy. The team seems to be relying on the project’s existing buzz and audience anticipation.
