Mumbai: Akshay Kumar starrer OMG 2 will be released directly on OTT platforms as the makers have decided to skip its theatrical release. The theatrical failure of Bachchan Pandey, Atrangi Re, Raksha Bandhan, Samrat Prithviraj, Ram Setu, and Selfie have led the makers to rethink their strategy.
