Mumbai: Mumbai Court on Wednesday adjourned the bail hearing for Aryan Khan, Arbaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha. As per the new notice, the hearing would be heard tomorrow.
The NCB in its reports stated that the investigations revealed Aryan Khan’s illicit possession and distribution of contraband. It further added that the 23-year-old Megastar son procured drugs from Arbaz khan.
NDPS Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances court is hearing the bail plea of Aryan Khan, after being arrested on October 3rd from a cruise off coast Mumbai heading towards Goa. Later the accused were transferred to the Jail after the magistrate called off judicial custody by NCB for further interrogation.
“Accused numbers 1 and 2 are associated and worked in close collaborations so the offences are attracted against them especially section 29 of the NDPS Act ( Criminal Conspiracy to commit an offence),” added the reply from NCB. After raiding the cruise as undercover officers, officials recovered six grams of Charas from the shoes of Arbaz khan.
So far nearly 20 accused have been arrested, including two Nigerian citizens in the case related to the seizure of drugs.
