Salman Khan-starrer Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’s (KKBKKJ) box office collections continued to dip on the sixth day. The collections plummeted to Rs 4.5 crore net on Wednesday, taking the total earnings of the Farhad Samji directorial so far to Rs 89 crore net, according to reports. Despite having a solid cast, the film has not been doing well at the box office.
KKBKKJ, which was released a day before Eid, had an average opening on April 21 with a collection of Rs 15.81 crore nett. However, a jump in ticket sales over the weekend, with the film raking in Rs 52.36 crore nett was registered. The collections, however, dropped on Monday to Rs 10.71 crore nett and further to Rs 7.25 crore nett on Tuesday. With sluggish figures on Tuesday, it is predicted the film will not be able to reach Rs 100 crore in its first week- a benchmark that could have been a cakewalk for a Salman Khan film.
The movie also stars Pooja Hegde in the lead role. Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan also marked the debut of Shehnaaz Gill and Palak Tiwari. The Salman Khan starrer also has a cameo by South sensation Ram Charan.
