It’s a joyous time at the Deol household as preparations are underway for the wedding of Karan Deol, son of Sunny Deol, and Drisha Acharya, granddaughter of the renowned filmmaker Bimal Roy. The couple recently made their first official appearance together during their sangeet night. Drisha looked stunning in an elaborate black lehenga paired with an off-shoulder blouse, while Karan donned a heavily embroidered sherwani.
The sangeet ceremony witnessed spirited performances by various family members. However, the Deol men – Dharmendra, Bobby, and Sunny – stole the show with their adorable dance moves, captured in videos that have now gone viral on social media.
Superstar Dharmendra, the proud grandfather of the groom, showcased his enthusiasm as he danced to the iconic track ‘Yamla Pagla Deewana.’ Dressed in a brown suit, Dharmendra’s infectious energy was evident throughout the performance, with Karan and his brother Rajveer joining him on stage.
Bobby Deol and his wife Tanya also delivered a remarkable performance, swaying to the romantic melody ‘Humko Sirf Tumse Pyaar Hai’ from Bobby’s debut film ‘Barsaat.’ Their chemistry and synchronized moves left the audience impressed.
Not to be outdone, Sunny Deol, the groom’s father, exuded immense energy as he grooved to his famous song ‘Main Nikla Gaddi Leke’ from the film ‘Gadar.’ Dressed as his beloved character Tara Singh, Sunny’s electrifying performance was met with great enthusiasm.
Celebrated actor Ranveer Singh and his family were also at the sangeet ceremony, adding their infectious energy to the celebration. In a viral video, Ranveer can be seen lifting Karan in a moment of pure joy, accompanied by lively music.
Karan and Drisha’s wedding will be an intimate affair attended by close family and friends. A grand reception is planned to follow, promising a star-studded Bollywood extravaganza.
