Chennai: Actor Kamal Haasan turned 68 today and continues to be an inspiration for many pursuing acting. He has worked in over 230 films in Tamil, Telugu, Kanada, Malayalam, and Hindi and earned himself the title for being a pan-Indian superstar.
Daughter Shruti Haasan took to social media to wish his actor father. “You are blessed if the person who you learn from the most and the person who makes you laugh the most also happens to be your parent”.
Many wishes poured in his official Twitter account and the actor thanked some for their wishes.
His films were critically acclaimed like Nayakan, India, Hey Ram, Saagar, Vishwaroopam, Kuruthipunal, and Dasavathaaram. Besides being a successful actor, he has been a superb filmmaker and screenwriter. In 2018, he made a comeback with Vikram and drew the limelight for this project.
