It is a winner say fans after watching Jayeshbhai Jordar. The comedy flick starring Ranveer Singh hit the theatres today. The Divyank Thakkar directorial released in around 2000 screens across the country.

“JayeshbhaiJordaar Till Interval, it’s out & out @RanveerOfficial Show! Bhai kya Character Pakda Hai , Hass Hass Ke Haalat Kharab Ho Gayi! Loved it so far. The Thing you saw in trailer is just starting 30 mins of the Film. INTRESTINGG TAKE A BOW #divyangthakkar,” wrote one netizen. While another fan tweeted, “It was very nice and very amazing. Till now Ranveer Singh best work because his acting i dont think anybody else could have justified this role better than him.”

Ahead of the release, excited Ranveer Singh took to Twitter-Jayeshbhai aavyo che! #JayeshbhaiJordaar in theatres near you!,” he wrote.

The storyline of the movie revolves around a Gujarati man who expects to accomplish so much in a two-hour film. From sending a social message to creating awarness Ranveer is seen in his fullest form to break the patriarchy.

Born in the small town of Gujarat in a reputed family, Ranveer’s Jayeshbhai is a misfit in the family. His father, Ramlal Patel, played by Boman Irani is the patriarch with influence and dominance. The village listens to him, his family obeys him and his son nods to every absurdity he utters. Jayeshbhai’s mother, Anuradha Patel, on the other hand, is the one who looks after the household and just like her husband she wishes to have a grandson who could continue their family line. Ratna Pathak Shah, as usual, fits in here perfectly.

However, the movie seems to have not impressed trade analyst Taran Adarsh. Giving a very poor rating, Adarsh in his Twitter post said – #OneWordReview…#JayeshbhaiJordaar: POOR.Rating: ⭐️½Jordaar concept, but kamzor writing… Screenplay of convenience… #RanveerSingh sparkles, but the amateurish goings-on play spoilsport. #JayeshbhaiJordaarReview
