Mumbai: The last movie of the most remarkable Bollywood actor Irrfan Khan, the most remarkable Bollywood actor of all time, ‘Song of Scorpions’ is now set to release on 28 April 2023. The actor who died on 29 April 2020, left many of his fans saddened after his sudden death. The movie will be released three years after his death honoring the legend.
This news was informed to the fans through the official Instagram handle of Irrfan Khan’s son. His son, Babil Khan, posted the movie’s ‘Song of Scorpions’ trailer on his Instagram handle. The post also said the movie’s trailer would be released tomorrow, i.e., before 20 April 2023.
The movie also features two veteran Indian actresses, Golshiteh Farahani, and Waheeda Rehman. The producer of this film, Zeeshan Ahmad, said, “It is my honour that my name has been associated with this film as a co-producer and one of the presenter of the film. We are glad that Irrfan Khan’s last onscreen appearance in a film is going to be released in cinemas across the country and his fans will get to see him one last time on the big screen. Trust me, Irrfan’s character and performance in the film are going to leave you spellbound.”
This movie features two characters, Noolan and Aadam. Noolan is just a tribal woman who learned ancient art, which helps her to heal people. On the other hand, Aadam is a camel trader who listens whenever Noolan sings. Her songs help Aadam to fall in love with her. They wanted to carry their bond further, but Noolan was poisoned brutally after a short period. This puts her on a journey where she is vulnerable, and she also has to find a new song for her. The movie has been directed by Anup Singh, and it will premiere in Singapore at the Locarno Film Festival.
