Mumbai: Like every year, Politician Baba Siddique hosted his grand Iftar party at Taj Land’s End, Bandra. The biggest stars of Bollywood and the television industry were seen in attendance making it quite a star-studded event.
The usual suspects at the party were the Khan family- Salim Khan, Alvira, Salman, Arpita, Ayush Sharma, Atul Agnihotri, and Sohail Khan. Other celebs who attended the event were Preity Zinta, Urmila Matondkar, Huma Qureshi, Genelia D’Souza, Riteish Deshmukh, Pooka Hedge, Shehnaaz Gill, Palak Tiwari, Jessi Gill and many more.
Meanwhile actress Palak Tiwari, daughter of TV actress Shweta Tiwari has been talk of the town ever since her debut film ‘Kisi ka Bhai Kisi Ka Jaan’ has been announced. Lat night as many celebrities were seen arriving in stunning ethnic outfits, Palak Tiwari looked beautiful in a mirror-work lehenga but received a backlash for wearing a revealing blouse at the event.
While actors enjoyed iftar, 11 people died and 50 were hospitalized due to dehydration, dizziness, nausea, and chest pain at the Maharashtra Bhushan Award function in Khargar, Navi Mumbai. The Maharashtra government had planned the function in a sprawling 208-acre open ground which saw 20 lakh followers of award recipients, and questions were raised when three of the patients reached ventilators.
