The exam dates for the Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) Non-Technical Popular Category (NTPC) examination will be out soon. This booking may be sorted through the official website of each of the RRBs that has conducted the examination to find out when the exam timetable was posted. The notice will contain details like the tentative date for the exam, city information slip, and dates of issuance of the admit cards.

Thus, the NTPC selection process is divided into two CBTs, namely CBT 1 and CBT 2, followed by a Computer Science-based proficiency test. The tests that a male or female candidate will also be expected to undergo include the Aptitude Test or Typing Skill Test (CBAT/CBTST) for some job offers. These tests are going to determine the candidates’ qualifications and fit for the positions that are available.

This hiring is for 11,558 posts and consists of 8,113 graduate-level posts and 3,445 undergraduate-level posts.

Undergraduate-level posts include:

  • Commercial cum Ticket Clerk: 2,022 vacancies
  • Accounts Clerk cum Typist: 361 vacancies
  • Junior Clerk cum Typist: 990 vacancies
  • Trains Clerk: 72 vacancies

Graduate-level posts include:

  • Chief Commercial cum Ticket Supervisor: 1,736 vacancies
  • Station Master: 994 vacancies
  • Goods Train Manager: 3,144 vacancies
  • Junior Account Assistant cum Typist: 1,507 vacancies
  • Senior Clerk cum Typist: 732 vacancies

After these examinations are scheduled, the date will be published on the official website of the concerned RRBs. These are the sites where candidates can find information, and candidates should visit them often for updates. In this regard, it should be pointed out that the e-call letters for all testing phases such as the CBT, the Aptitude Test, the Typing Skill Test, and document check, where applicable, should be obtained directly from the official website of the Railway Recruitment Board.
