The admit cards have been published officially by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) in the 2025 Regional Rural Banks (RRB) preliminary examination. Applicants who are coming to take the exam can now receive and get their IBPS RRB prelims call letters via the official site, ibps.in.
Based on the examination plan, the pre-exam training of the eligible candidates will be organized in November 2025 and the initial examination will be held in November or December 2025, depending on the region and exam slot.
The next phase of the recruitment process of those that have been successful in the prelims is the IBPS RRB Mains examination, which is tentatively scheduled to be conducted in December 2025 or January 2026. In the case of Group A officers (Scale I, II and III), the interview round will be arranged by the Nodal Regional Rural Banks through the aid of NABARD and IBPS. These interviews will most probably be in January or February 2026 and the selection cycle will be complete.
In order to download IBPS RRB admit card, the candidates have to take the following steps:
- Go to the official site of IBPS: ibps.in.
- On the homepage, click on the link IBPS RRB Prelims Call Letter Download.
- Enter your authentication- Reg. Number/Roll Number and Password/Date of Birth.
- Present the information to get the admit card.
- Save and print call letter to be referred to later.
Once the admit card is downloaded, candidates are expected to check all the personal information on the admit card like name, photograph, exam date, venue and reporting time. Any difference is to be reported to IBPS.
Further, they recommend that the candidates thoroughly read instructions, as given in the information handout and the call letter. These rules consist of exam-day procedures, papers to bring, forbidden items, and reporting. These guidelines are important to follow and have a hassle free examination.
