Alaur: A shocking and seemingly ritualistic crime took place in Khanna when a young boy, four years old, was abducted and brutally killed in what appears to be an act of “human sacrifice.” The police in Khanna acted swiftly upon this horrifying incident and initiated an investigation that ultimately led to the arrest of the suspect, identified as Arvinder Kumar, a 23-year-old laborer originally from Uttar Pradesh but currently residing in Alaur village, Khanna. Authorities believe that Kumar committed this act as part of “tantric” rituals.

The heart-wrenching incident came to light when a resident of Alaur village reported that his four-year-old son named Raviraj had mysteriously vanished from their rented accommodation while he was soundly asleep. The father suspected that his child had been abducted with intentions. Desperate attempts were made to locate the missing child. Tragically Raviraj’s lifeless body was discovered the following morning lying in a pool of blood.

Hemant Malhotra, the Station House Officer (SHO) at City Khanna police station, disclosed that the perpetrator used a weapon to carry out this murder.

In light of this crime, Arvinder Kumar has been charged under Sections 302 (murder) and 201 (tampering with evidence) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

It has been revealed that the suspect had a connection with the victim’s parents, which has only added to the shock and disbelief surrounding this event.
