Mumbai: Bollywood actor Salman Khan has reportedly received yet another death threat. The unknown caller demanded ₹2 crore from the actor. In a message sent to the Mumbai Traffic Police, the accused said if the money is not paid, the Bollywood superstar will be killed.
Meanwhile, farmer leader Rakesh Tikait has urged Bollywood actor Salman Khan to apologise to gangster Lawrence Bishnoi for the infamous black buck case, warning of potential consequences if he doesn’t. Tikait’s remarks come days after Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) Baba Siddique was shot dead by three shooters allegedly linked to the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. Tikait said that apologizing would not only help Khan but also show respect for the Bishnoi community.
Salman Khan Receiving Wrath of Lawrence Bishnoi
Salman Khan and Salim Khan have been receiving the wrath of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. It was on Dusshera when Salman’s close friend, Baba Siddique, was shot dead. The Lawrence Bishnoi gang later took the charges. While it was being said that Baba Siddique’s demise was due to his close friendship with Salman, Salim Khan later dismissed the claims. The gang even threatened Salman and Salim Khan, which led the actor to buff up his security. Meanwhile, on the occasion of Dhanteras, Salim Khan purchased a swanky ride.
The feud between Lawrence Bishnoi and Salman Khan stems from the 1998 killing of a blackbuck, an animal revered by the Bishnoi community. Khan denied allegations, but Bishnoi’s cousin, Ramesh, claimed the actor had attempted to settle the issue with a blank cheque. However, Ramesh stated that the community wasn’t interested in money, and their anger stemmed from the ideological clash.
