The Nagpur police have apprehended Fahim Shamim Khan, a 38-year-old local leader of the Minorities Democratic Party (MDP), in connection with the violent clashes that disrupted central Nagpur late Monday night. Khan is believed to be the principal orchestrator of the disturbances, according to police officials.
