Raipur: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be on a day-long visit to Raipur today, November 1. During his stay in Chhattisgarh, he will participate in various important programs organized on the State Foundation Day (Rajyotsav 2025). The PM will inaugurate the new building of the Chhattisgarh Assembly, which has been built on the green building concept. Apart from this, the Prime Minister will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of developmental and transformational projects worth more than Rs 14,260 crore, covering key sectors such as roads, industry, healthcare and energy.
At a development project event, PM Modi will inaugurate 12 new Startup Village Entrepreneurship Program (SVEP) blocks in nine districts of Chhattisgarh to strengthen rural livelihoods. The Prime Minister will also participate in the house warming ceremony of 3.51 lakh completed houses. During this event, installments worth ₹1,200 crore will be released to 3 lakh beneficiaries under the Housing Scheme (Rural).

(PM Modi’s program on November 1) Prime Minister Modi will depart from Delhi at 7:35 am on a special Indian Air Force aircraft and arrive at Raipur Airport at 9:40 am. He will then proceed to Naya Raipur by road. The Prime Minister will first arrive at Sathya Sai Sanjeevani Hospital at 10 am, where he will participate in the “Dil Ki Baat” program and interact with approximately 2,500 children who have successfully undergone heart surgery. He will then inaugurate the Brahmakumari Bhavan (Shanti Shikhar Bhavan) and, upon reaching the new Vidhan Sabha building, will unveil the statue of Bharat Ratna former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. He will also inaugurate the new Chhattisgarh Vidhan Sabha building.
In the afternoon, the Prime Minister will inaugurate and visit the Tribal Freedom Fighter Museum. He will then inaugurate the State Festival celebrations in Naya Raipur. Following the inauguration, the Prime Minister will depart for Raipur Airport at 4:20 pm and fly to Delhi at 4:25 pm.
