Dhar: The Income Tax Department has raided Arnil Technocraft Private Limited, a company in the industrial town of Pithampur in Dhar district, Madhya Pradesh. The raid has been ongoing for the past 20 hours. This company, affiliated with the Dilip Buildcom Group, manufactures road furniture. The raid is ongoing at plot numbers 16, 18, and 19 in Sector 2.
It is reported that, yesterday (Monday) afternoon, more than 25 officers and employees from the Income Tax Department visited the company premises. At that time, production work was going on in the company. Since then, continuous investigations have been ongoing within the company. No one is being allowed to go in or out from the main gate of the company. So far, no officer of the Income Tax Department has come out. This action is being said to be a part of the action against Dilip Buildcom Group going on across the state. The action of the Income Tax Department has been going on for more than 20 hours. This action started on Monday afternoon.
Approximately 16 officers, eight Madhya Pradesh Armed Force personnel, and two female police officers are present in seven cars on the company premises for the investigation. The officers are continuously scrutinizing the company’s records. On Tuesday morning, workers and employees working at the company arrived at work at 8:30 am as usual. Workers were seen moving around at the main gate of the company, while security personnel were also seen deployed inside the premises. At present, no official has spoken to the media regarding the matter. The action was ongoing at the time of writing this news.
