Raipur: The Chhattisgarh Olympic Association’s annual general meeting will be held today at 5 p.m. under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai. All executive members of the association, state sports association officials, and representatives of the district Olympic associations will be present in large numbers. Several important sports-related issues will be discussed at the meeting.
Principal Chief Conservator of Forests and Chief Wildlife Warden Arun Pandey will hold a review meeting with officials from all the state’s national parks, tiger reserves, and sanctuaries at Aranya Bhavan in Nava Raipur on Friday. Several important agendas, including the conservation and promotion of wildlife, will be discussed. Preparations for bringing tigers and tigresses from Madhya Pradesh will also be discussed.
Deputy CM Arun Sao’s visit to Mungeli district
Chhattisgarh Deputy Chief Minister Arun Sao will be visiting Mungeli district today. As per schedule, he will participate in a cleanliness drive at the hospital in Lormi. After participating in local events, he will spend the night in Bilaspur.
Under the order issued by the Directorate of Public Instruction, Chhattisgarh, last day, online open counselling is being organised from 25th to 28th September 2025 at Government Teacher Education College, Shankar Nagar, Raipur for promotion of a total of 1227 Head Teachers and Teacher Cadre (B.Ed. Trained Post Graduates) LB to the post of Lecturer / Lecturer (LB) T Cadre.
Meanwhile, Under the direction of the Collector, District Surajpur, and the guidance of the Chairman of the Indian Red Cross Society and the Chief Medical and Health Officer, the Indian Red Cross Society is organizing a massive blood donation camp as part of the Seva Pakhwada campaign. The camp will begin at 10 a.m. today at Sadhuram Seva Kunj. The organizing committee has appealed to interested blood donors to participate in this great donation by donating blood voluntarily.
