Indore. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has arrived in Indore. He was welcomed by BJP leaders at the airport. Afterward, PM Modi departed Indore for Dhar district. He will lay the foundation stone for the PM Mitra Park on his birthday.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is visiting Madhya Pradesh on September 17th, his birthday, where he will present a significant gift to the state. At an event in Bhainsola village in Dhar district, PM Modi will lay the foundation stone for the country’s first PM Mitra Park. The park will span 2,158 acres and feature world-class facilities, creating employment opportunities for approximately 300,000 people.

Cotton farmers will be the biggest beneficiaries of this park, as it is expected to double the value of their crops. This initiative will establish Madhya Pradesh as a textile hub. The PM will also launch campaigns such as “Healthy Women, Empowered Family” and “Ek Bagiya Maa Ke Naam.” Sickle cell screening cards will be distributed, and the “Suman Sakhi” chatbot will also be launched.

Prime Minister Modi will present several gifts at this event. He will distribute 10 million cards for sickle cell screening. He will also transfer funds directly to beneficiaries’ accounts under the Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana. Governor Mangubhai Patel and Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will also be present on the occasion.

Earlier in february, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav stated that Madhya Pradesh has emerged as a state with immense potential in the textile and apparel industry. The state’s rich agricultural background, the exquisite craftsmanship of traditional weaving communities, a modern industrial base, and investor-friendly policies are propelling it to the forefront of this sector. Through well-planned government efforts, Madhya Pradesh is rapidly emerging as one of India’s leading textile and garment hubs.
