Today, Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai has a busy schedule of events. He will perform a bhoomipujan ceremony in the Pahad Mandir before he leaves on his tour to Raigarh. Following this, he will visit the state capital, Raipur at around 9.30 a.m.

At 10:00 a.m., on arrival at Raipur, the Chief Minister Sai will be present at a program organized by Jagruti Mandal at Pandri. He will then leave CM residence at 11:50 am and proceed towards the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Auditorium at the CM Medical College campus. Between 12:00 and 1:00 p.m., he will attend the AROCON-2025 annual state gathering of the Radiation Oncologist Association.

Later in the afternoon, at 1:30 p.m. CM Sai shall leave the auditorium and will visit AIIMS Raipur where he shall open the advanced surgical robotic machine known as Dev Hast. He is supposed to get back to his official residence after the inauguration.

In the meantime, another important update can also be expected on the continuing strike of National Health Mission (NHM) workers in the state. NHM officials and representatives will also conduct a press conference in the Raipur Press Club at 1:00 p.m. In the process of the briefing, they would deny that the government has verbally accepted five of their demands.

It should be mentioned that on September 4, almost 16,000 employees of NHM filed their resignations at once, which only exacerbated the crisis in the healthcare sector. Medical services have already been affected by the strike and the current developments in the strike can determine where the negotiations between the strikers and the government will move.

The day will, therefore, be busy not only in the public activities of Chief Minister Sai, but also in the healthcare sector in the state during the NHM standoff.
