Apple is currently gearing up for its iPhone 17 series. History shows that the launch of new iPhones has been held in September. This time too, it is expected that the iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Air, iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max will be introduced in the second week of September 2025 (8–10 September) — although there is no official confirmation and the prospective buyers are keen to know the Apple 17 Pro Price in India.
According to the reports, Apple is expected to launch the new iPhones between 8 and 11 September, sticking with its usual early-September window. Pre-orders are also likely to commence in the same week. This means pre-orders can begin on September 12 and shipping will start around September 19.
Apple 17 Pro Price: What To Expect
Prices in India are expected to rise again. The iPhone 17 Pro may hit ₹1,45,000, while the 17 Air could land around ₹90,000. In the US, that’s roughly $899 for the Air. This jump is reportedly tied to pricier components and rising tariffs in China.
- The base model iPhone 17 will have 8 GB RAM with A19 chip.
- The iPhone 17 Pro, Pro Max and Air will have a faster A19 Pro chip and 12 GB of RAM.
- The Pro versions will also have a vapour-chamber cooling system.
Upgrades to the camera (iPhone 17)
- All models will have a 24 MP selfie camera.
- iPhone 17: Dual rear camera – 48 MP wide + 12 MP ultra-wide
- Pro and Pro Max: 48 MP telephoto (3.5x zoom), 48 MP wide, ultra-wide
- iPhone 17 Air: 48 MP single camera
- Dual camera video recording support will also be available in the Pro model.
