Gorakhpur. CM Yogi Adityanath reviewed the preparations and issued fresh instructions to the officials regarding International Yoga Day. CM Yogi said that monitor the preparations for the yoga practice program to be organized on the occasion of International Yoga Day on June 21. He instructed that Yoga Day should be made grand so that more and more people can participate in the program.

CM Yogi Adityanath and Gorakshapeeth’s Peethadheeshwar Yogi Adityanath himself has written a comprehensive book on yoga named ‘Hatha Yoga, Swaroop and Sadhna’. Its different chapters contain useful information about yoga, hatha yoga, shatkarma, asana mudra, pratyahara, yoga nidra, pranayama, meditation, samadhi, naad bindusadhana and ajapa jaap.

Like the previous years, this year too, a weekly camp for practicing various yoga asanas, meditation, and pranayama has started from June 15 in Gorakshapeeth on the occasion of International Yoga Day. Yoga is being practiced in the morning and evening, while from 10:30 am to 12 noon, scholars are giving lectures on topics related to yoga, Ayurveda, and nationalism.

In Gorakhpur, interested people are given information about the theoretical and practical aspects of yoga under the guidance and guidance of yoga gurus trained by Mahayogi Guru Gorakshanath Sansthan.
