Ujjain: Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev was here visiting Ujjain on Wednesday, and Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev met Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav. Baba Ramdev had participated in the sacred Bhasma Aarti at the highly prolific Mahakal Temple, and the meeting occurred afterwards. On his arrival, the Chief Minister greeted Baba Ramdev with a bouquet of flowers. He gave him a shawl, a coconut (Shri Phal), and a framed image of Lord Mahakal as a token of respect.

Earlier in the day, Baba Ramdev was in Ujjain and visited the Mahakal Temple, where he participated in the Bhasma Aarti from the Nandi Hall. While the Aarti was going on, he was immersed in Devotion; he had done ‘jai Shri Mahakal,’ ‘om namah Shivay.’ After the ceremony, he went inside the temple premises and prayed for the blessing of Lord Mahakal.

Ujjain MLA Anil Jain was also in the meeting with Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav. Ramdev wished the government good luck regarding the upcoming Simhastha 2028 festival and expressed his willingness to lend a helping hand. The grand religious event draws in millions of devotees from all over the country and, of course, from abroad, and he expressed confidence in its success. Simhastha not only carries the cultural and spiritual significance of the state and the nation, but also mentions this.

Baba Ramdev’s blessings and encouragement were thanked by Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav. Asserting that the government is determined to make Simhastha 2028 a conjured, well-organised and spiritually enriched experience for all the pilgrims and the visitors, he has made it clear that the government is committed to facilitating the smooth conduct of Simhastha 2028.

It was a meeting that conveyed mutual respect and mutual vision for preserving India’s spiritual heritage through shared efforts.
