Raipur: Bhilai MLA Devendra Yadav has been in DKS Hospital in Raipur for the last five days. He was first arrested and detained for the violence in Balodabazar. However, for an unknown reason, his health worsened, and he had to be moved to a hospital for treatment. After primary interactions with the doctor, all arrangements to operate on him are being finalized for today.
He has a known case of hernia and hydrocele for which he is admitted to Dau Kalyan Singh Super Specialty Hospital. He was admitted to Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar Hospital two days ago for a pre-surgical fitness assessment. All the required investigations were done, and the fitness report for medical from the medicine department should have been produced today. According to the findings of the report, doctors will perform the surgery.
However, it is necessary to point out that in 2024, one of the most terrible actions of arson and violence was held in Balodabazar, Chhattisgarh. It even led to the burning of the Collectorate SP Office and other government buildings and violence throughout the city. Accusing MLA Devendra Yadav of inciting violence, was in jail immediately after the incident. He was admitted to the Central Jail, but his health compounded, and he had to be taken to DKS Hospital for treatment.
Consequently, today’s surgery is a special process to deal with his health problems in the course of its development. It has also brought focus on the political or social issues of the violent case of Balodabazar, which has not died in Chhattisgarh.
