Box Office Collection Day 4: Director Sukumar’s action drama Pushpa 2 has emerged as a historic blockbuster and the box office performance of this film is proving to be unprecedented. The film, starring Allu Arjun in the lead role, has earned a whopping Rs 529.45 crore in India in just four days and its worldwide collection has crossed the Rs 800 crore mark.
According to Reports, Pushpa 2 made Rs 141.50 crore net in India on Sunday, taking its total revenue for the four days to an incredible Rs 529.45 crore net. The film was produced by Mythri Movie Makers, who had previously declared that it had made Rs 621 crore in three days globally. Pushpa 2, which was released on December 5 in Bengali, Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, and Hindi, has been highly successful at the box office. It’s a huge accomplishment that the Hindi collection of the movie has surpassed the Telugu one. In Telugu, the film’s four-day total is Rs 198.55 crore (net), whereas in Hindi, it is Rs 285.7 crore.

A staggering Rs 164.25 crore net was made on the film’s first day (Thursday, December 5), and Rs 93.8 crore net on its second day (a working Friday). On the third day, Saturday, though, it made a strong comeback, increasing by Rs 119.25 crore. Pushpa 2 made a net income of Rs 141.5 crore on Sunday, the fourth day. It has collected a total of Rs 529.45 crore.
Additionally, Pushpa 2 has been doing remarkably well in terms of occupancy. The movie had an overall Telugu occupancy of 73.50% on Sunday, with Hyderabad having an outstanding 79.50% occupancy for 1024 shows. At 67.50% and 65.75%, respectively, Bengaluru and Chennai also had high occupancy rates.
Mumbai recorded a remarkable 88.00% occupancy for 1518 shows, while Pushpa 2 in Hindi scored an overall occupancy of 84.25% on Sunday. High occupancy rates, with 78.25% for 1762 shows, were also observed in Delhi and the National Capital Region (NCR).
