IIM Calcutta is going to release the admit cards for the CAT or Common Admission Test 2024 today.
Those who have applied for this time very intensely favourite examination can now download their hall ticket only through the online mode of the IIM CAT official website, iimcat.ac.in using their login name and password. Alternatively, the admit card is an essential item required for the exam slated for November eight in several cities within India.
CAT 2024 serves as admission to post graduate/masters, fellowship and doctoral programs in Management at IIMs and many more premier B-Schools across the nation. Besides IIMs, many other premier non-IIM institutions like FMS, Delhi University, SJMSoM, IIT Mumbai, MDI, Gurgaon, DoMS, IIT Delhi, and SPJIMR, Mumbai also consider CAT scores, which makes it one of the most popular MBA entrance examination in India with more than a thousand B-schools accepting CAT scores.
Here are the steps for downloading the CAT 2024 admit card:
- Go to the website of CAT at iimcat.ac.in.
- On the main page of the official website, there is a link that says CAT 2024 Admit Card.
- You will be taken to another page.
- Please click ‘Submit’ after you’ve typed your login details.
- You can see the details on it and also download it to check whether all the details mentioned in the admit card are true or not.
- Take a printout of the admit card for the day of the exam as well as keep it for future use.
CAT 2024 will consist of three sections: The detail categories include data analysis and logical thinking, language and reading, and numerical skills, respectively. The paper has 50 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and 40 type-in-the-answer (TITA) questions from a total of 198 marks. To be successful, candidates have to provide evidence of analytical thinking, Verbal reasoning, and mathematical ability.
The applicants have been urged to double-check their admit card for any inconsistencies and to carry a hard copy of the admit card to the examination centre.
