Hyderabad: Rave party culture has been growing across multiple Indian metropolitan cities. Recently, there have been a couple of instances where rave parties were busted in cities.
A high-profile rave party has been exposed in Telangana’s Cyberabad. Police have arrested 35 people, including 21 boys and 14 girls, while conducting a rave party by raiding the Janwada farmhouse. The party was being held at the farmhouse, where a gathering of foreign liquor, women and drugs was organized. This rave party is being linked to people close to KTR. BRS working president KTR’s brother-in-law Raj Pakala is also involved in the event.
During the raid, the police also recovered seven bottles of 10.5 litres of foreign liquor and ten bottles of Indian liquor which were not licensed, in violation of the state’s excise laws.
According to the information, a high-profile raid at the Janwada farmhouse of Raj Pakala, believed to be a relative of former Telangana minister KT Rama Rao (KTR), has revealed the use of illicit liquor and narcotics. The operation was jointly conducted by the Narsingi police, Special Operations Team (SOT), and excise officials. It was reported that the raid was conducted after receiving information about a rave party at this farmhouse located under the Makila police station area.
