Security forces have again achieved a big success in the police-Naxalite encounter in Gadchiroli, a border area of Chhattisgarh. So far, information has come out that 4 Naxalites have been killed in the encounter. One soldier has been injured in the encounter, who has been referred to Nagpur.
According to the information, the soldiers launched the operation based on the presence of Naxalites. The encounter is going on in the forests of Kopri in Bhamragarh tehsil. Anti-Naxal special squad C 60 is being sent towards the encounter site. It is feared that the Naxalites will suffer heavy losses in the encounter. The injured security force jawan has been hit by two bullets and has been referred to Nagpur. The encounter is still going on.
