Political Drama Around Kolkata Rape Case

BJP MP Sangeeta Yadav criticized West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee on Friday, questioning, “What could be a bigger drama than the person in power leading a protest rally?”

Commenting on Banerjee’s rally regarding the RG Kar rape-murder case, Yadav stated that Banerjee should take moral responsibility and resign.

“This is a case involving a woman, and the Chief Minister is also a woman. She should resign and ensure a thorough investigation. The culprits must face the harshest punishment, setting a precedent not just in West Bengal but across the country,” Yadav said.
