Bhopal: In Bhopal, Chief Medical and Health Officer (CMHO) Dr. Prabhakar Tiwari has taken disciplinary action against Chief Medical Officers, Community Health Officers, and Medical Officers in seven blocks. According to the health inspector, these officers were found to have defied Mission Indradhanush policies by not attending daily OPD on Ayushman Arogya Sangh and MP Arogyam Portal.

After getting the warnings a number of times, there should have been some changes in this employee’s performance, but their work performance remained the same. This, therefore, paved the way for CMHO to reduce the salary of employees accordingly. Those who fall short of 90% OPD entries among staff will be subjected to salary cuts, as will the Community Health Officers.

The disciplinary action affects the following individuals:

  • Roshni Sayaram: Ayushman Arogya Mandir, Kadaishaha, Vikaskhand Bairasia
  • Ayushi Vishwakarma: Ayushman Arogya Mandir, Damkheda, Vikaskhand Bairasia
