Bhojshala: Today was the 48th day of Bhojshala ASI survey. ASI’s 14-member team along with 39 laborers reached Bhojshala at 8.30 for the survey and came out after completing the survey at 5.00 PM. Today digging work was done in the north, south and west of Bhojshala. Apart from this, leveling work was also done.
The Hindu-Muslim party said that three layers of walls had been exposed and excavation was still going on there. Brushing cleaning has also been done. Work remained stopped in the Dargah complex even today. The writings written in the monuments were studied and its meaning is being understood.
Hindu party Gola Sharma said that the work of removing soil is going on in the south, west and north directions. The earthen fill is being removed and arrangements are being made for drainage of water. Soil has also been removed from the north-east corner. Videography and photography have also been done.
Earlier on May 6, a new trench was made on the northern side, work was going on on a trench in the field. Soil removal work was being done at points in front of the sanctum sanctorum. Labeling work has been done in the western area, soil has been removed in the north-southwest side. Excavation work has been done.
No new remains have been found. A new trench has been built on the north side near the wall of Bhojshala, work on which is being done. Muslim party Abdul Samad said yesterday that the daily routine work has been done. A new trench has been started, in which excavation has been done.
