Gwalior: The 27-year-old girl alleges that the Muslim youth tried to convert her in the name of love jihad. During this time, he threatened her, raped her and also forcibly fed her beef. With the help of Hindu Jagran Manch, the victim has complained about the matter. The police have registered a case against the accused Muslim youth under various sections including religious conversion and have started searching for him.
Actually, the 27-year-old girl living in Taraganj area of the city had a common acquaintance with her neighbor Sabir alias Chhote Khan. Despite Sabir being married, he used to try to forcibly talk to the girl. When the girl refused to talk to him, he talked about suicide and started threatening to write the names of her parents in the suicide note. He also started threatening to kill.
Sabir took the scared girl with himself to a house in Shri Ram Colony of Bahulapur police station area. Where she was forcibly raped and beaten. Sabir is accused of forcibly pressurizing the victim to convert and also fed beef to the victim. During this time, Sabir’s father Yusuf Khan and brother Sameer Khan also beat him.
After facing the cruelty of Muslim youth Sabir for months, the victim girl took the opportunity and reached her home. Then she came in contact with the workers of Hindu Jagran Manch and narrated her story to them. After this, everyone reached Bahodapur police station, where on the complaint of the victim, the police registered an FIR against the accused youth Sabir Khan under sections including rape, Madhya Pradesh Religious Freedom Act 2021 and assault against father Yusuf Khan and brother Sameer Khan. At present the police has started searching for the three accused.
